Movement Therapy/Authentic Movement: Integrates reflexes and encourages developmental repatterning in mind, body and soul.

Ancient Kundalini Yoga and Meditations: Utilizes the flow of kriyas, the specific sequence of exercises and meditations, in order to put positive pressure on the subconscious mind and clear thought patterns and beliefs that have been otherwise inaccessible.

Ginger is a seasoned yoga teacher and an accredited  IAYT therapist bringing deep knowledge and years of experience working in the field of mind-body to serve all people; including individuals battling addiction, PTSD, TBI (Traumatic Brain Injuries) and all physical, mental and emotional needs. She also serves the elderly population using techniques for neuroplacticity stimulation.
